Service contract

INFOKA offers an annual service contract that includes phone, e-mail and remote access support and an internet access to the most recent ARCHI-LOG update.

Phone or e-mail support lets you obtain, directly from the software creator and without any other cost, answers to your installation (or re-installation) problems or to any other question regarding the operation of ARCHI-LOG.

Tele-support is our way of improving our support. By using a remote-access program, we can look directly at your workstation to see what the problem is and to help you resolve it.

This annual service contract also gives you a quick access to all ARCHI-LOG updates that will be made available during the course of your contract. In this way, you will benefit from the most recent developments for this software.

ARCHI-LOG is continually improved to make it more performing and, mostly, to add new functions. We are welcoming any suggestion for new functions that you think will be useful to yourself or to other members of the ARCHI-LOG's community of users.

This annual service contract is available for the price of 120$ CAN for users of the base module.
