Get tele-support help

If you have an internet access from your workstation, you can also get tele-support help by executing the following steps :
  1. run the following program : TeamViewerQS.exe
  2. take note of the ID number and password provided by the tele-support program
  3. call André Kahlé at 450.676.1454 or 514.823.6380 or by e-mail at support@infoka.com.
We will be able to look directly at your workstation to see what the problem is and to help you resolve it.

You can also save this tele-support program on your desktop so that it is more readily available.

ARCHI-LOG can also upgrade by itself

Since version 2.05.04, ARCHI-LOG can also verify by itself the existence of a new update and install it. Choose the Utilities item on the main menu bar and click on Check for the availability of an upgrade. An internet access is required.
